I am 32. At the end of this session I saw myself when I was 17 living alone in an apartment. I was scared, lonely and very depressed and life was hard for the subsequent years. I walked into that apartment and gave my 17 year old self a powerful hug and told him how proud I was of him for being so strong and pulling through everything.
Thanks for the guidance. Will start doing this regularly.
    Much love.

Make sure you are staying hydrated and on top of this I would recommend searching up “our father” prayer and seeing how it makes you feel. I used to suffer from terrible migraines and still occasionally suffer with hearaches, and by the Holy Spirit I learned that it was a form of spiritual oppression. This isn’t to sound hippy, because spiritual stuff can look like depression, anxiety, doubt, fear, etc, so don’t be pushed away by semantics

I’m 58 with five kids - one of which is a newborn that we are adopting. I spent most of my life being “successful” in career and financial terms. My first wife died from cancer 10 years ago. I remarried and discovered plant medicine. We have scaled down and on top of that, we are in a very difficult financial position right now. I found this channel in response to my search for ways to alleviate anxiety. As we go closer and closer to the point where I don’t know how we will recover, that voice of peace comes over me and tells me to surrender and be patient. It was this breathwork that brought me that message. We are all in the great game of Leela, or the game of life. Fear has no place here.

INCREDIBLE! I started my morning with a Psilocybin shake, Qigong and then this incredible breathwork session. Towards the end of it, it was revealed that certain individuals were siphoning my energy. As soon as I had cut these chords - BOOOM, I popped into a higher dimension. It was so beautiful, and surreal. As soon as I "arrived" there, I was surrounded by several divine feminine energies. They immediately started to help me, as if they'd found a wounded soldier or something. I could hear them saying "He's a master" as they started working on me, picking up my broken pieces. #Namaste

@@ginamurillo5846 How I broke through is really insensitive breathing put your whole body into it, when you squeeze you first squeeze your root ie. Sfinkter then lower then upper abs then chest and invision hart squeeze, then squeeze throat and face and vision squeezing your brain, squeeze everything hard and hold until you break through, I practice a lot and it didn't happen my first 30 times, I had to really get into it. Breaking through is like a crazy kaleidoscope of colors, sounds change and sound alien, you get a beautiful feeling of oneness. Also be careful do it in a safe space maybe have a friend to assist you, it is a dizzying feeling so hold on, it's ok your not falling out of your body, but that's what it feels like, you leave your body.

First time doing breathwork and I gotta say it was amazing, I was skeptical at first, and I probably didn’t do some of the stuff right but during the first one I was really in my head about how dumb I looked sitting how I was breathing weird, and I could barely hold my breath through the first 45 seconds, then on the second round I felt this tingling, like energy building up in my palms and spreading to my fingers and up my arms, my head and body felt warm, like I was embraced in the most amazing hug, and I started to zone out and just feel the energy flow through me, and then the breath retention was cakewalk, I was amazed at the difference from round one to two, and by round three I could’ve gone a whole extra minute. And by the time the third round hit the energy had encompassed my whole body, and I started seeing faint colors and patterns in my eyelids, then once the breathwork was done and I was just sitting there listening to the music, I was suddenly awash in a sea of stars and other vivid patterns, at one point I thought I could see someone just beyond the patterns and stars, but after about five minutes it all faded but left me with a really good positive energy inside. This was a beautiful experience, thank you.

I found this video after doing a meditation. I've been doing meditation for a year with no guide and yet I feel guided and I'm finding what I need in time. I'm going to try this because these meditation I believe are healing me. I have noticed seeing things when I hold my breath when higher Solfeggio frequencies play. I'm still learning. I'll write about my experience soon.

Wow, I'm at a loss for words. I've been practicing meditation consistently for about three weeks, trying to astral project, which I'm starting to realize is more of a Kundalini meditation practice. I'm new to this space, so I'm still learning, but this was my first experience meditating with guidance, and it opened my eyes to a completely new experience.
During the first round, I couldn't even make it halfway with out needing to breath, but by the second round, my body felt so heavy. At first, the tingling sensation made me a little nervous, but when you told me to enjoy it, I experienced something I still can't quite describe. However, I felt an overwhelming sense of happiness. By round three, the breathwork was no problem at all.
Thank you! I'm definitely sticking around your channel and learning from you. Keep up the great work!

My sister told me about your channel when I was in very dark place without hope. It was a time when addictions took control over my life and at the same time I started to relalise how much my actions depends on past traumas. It was so hard for me even to get up from bed. She showed me different video where I was not able to follow your steps so I decided to create my own breath rountine which is quite similar to the one on this video. Then I started to follow some of your guided breath works and since that time your voice is soothing my pain everyday before I go sleep. You are great inspiration to all of us and a saviour of many lives. Much love from Poland❤

Been struggling with my identity, struggling with my fathers diagnosis of cancer and his recent set back with chemo, worrying about if I’m going be a good dad when my wife gives birth in November and dealing with constant pain from my injuries plus so much more runs through my mind constantly. I heard about this on a podcast and then thought I would try it and I have no words. What an experience.. I felt tingling all through my hands, feet and my face felt like it was relaxing so much it was starting to droop.. I started crying and realising that I’m going through a lot at the moment and I need to be more kinder to myself. This was an actual unbelievable experience and something I’m going to try and add into my everyday routine.

    Unbelievable, brother!
I have never dabbled in breathing techniques such as these but just participated in this exercise, and one of the more advanced exercises.
    I am completely blown away!🤯
Mind altering substances were a close friend of mine at one point in time.
That being said, I just experienced what can only be described as one of the most pure, 20min journeys I have ever had!
I still feel my body buzzing!
1 - Once I gave in and just became one with the rhythm of my own breathing, it was like transportation.
2 - I thought I was going to lose it on the fast paced breathing, but something clicked. My body was like, “ you are receiving plenty of oxygen.“ I smiled, and felt like I could go on infinitely.
3 - Same with the breath-holds. Thought I would die at first. After my mind calmed, It was as if oxygen were pumped directly to my brain! Crazy!
4 - The “trip” was outstanding! My whole body had a counter clockwise pulse that was circling from head to toe! Full on brilliant flashes of color as well! Only way I can describe it is, very similar to a nebula, or cats-eye stone. Truly beautiful!
    Thank you for sharing this!

GUYS, YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS. For YEARS, I thought I was doing manifestation right-journaling, meditating, repeating affirmations like a parrot. Nothing. Changed. I was convinced I just wasn’t meant for this. Then, out of curiosity, I picked up book Depths of Manifestation, and within a few pages, it hit me-I had been doing it ALL wrong. The things I learned in this book are nowhere else. Within a week, my life shifted in ways I can’t explain. If manifestation hasn’t worked for you, it’s NOT your fault. You just haven’t seen what’s inside this book yet.

I'm 72 and that was wonderful. This is the second time I have tried this. Will continue breath work and see where this takes me.

I’ve been using your breath work guides for about a week now and I’ve been enjoying them. My experiences have been tingly sensations in my hands, legs, arms, and chest. This morning I took a cold shower to help raise my vibration and began this session shortly after. This time my body was shaking like crazy during the breath work but would slow and cease while doing the breath retention. At the end of the third round I felt so blissful and relaxed I actually bussed out laughing and was super giggly 😂 Looking forward to my next session. Stay blessed fam 🙏🏾

I have heard several times that shaking during breathwork is trauma being released so approach that sensation with love ❤

This breathwork session was my introduction to you, Sandy, and the beautiful practice I have now enjoyed since mid-January, 2024. Not a day goes by that I don't hear your wonderful voice introducing each session that I come to with abundant gratitude that I discovered your videos on RUclips and on your Patreon site. In the beginning, I struggled with the 1:00 minute breath retentions but with practice, I've been able to work up to a 3:00 minute breath retention. For me, "Set and Setting" makes my nightly sessions that much more meaningful and where I feel the greatest sensations throughout my body. In some of my sessions, I've been able to walk through places I lived a long time ago and old friends I've lost touch with that thanks to the breathwork, I've reconnected with. More importantly, I've regained trust and respect for myself. One of my favorite videos that I've found most meaningful is "Acceptance, for what was, what is and what will be...". Thank you for all your videos and guidance. Much love and gratitude!

I've been suffering from panic attacks and anciety ever since i lost my work from the pandemic. I've been pin balling around trying to get my life together again but just recreating dead-ends due to internal anxiety and medicating with alcohol. This exercise is the first time i can feel calm and light without having to medicate myself. Thank you so much and i hope we can experience a longer session/ video. thank you so much,❤️ may you be abundantly blessed ❤️

It was beautiful... I realized the love that I was so desperate to find was inside me all along and I just needed to realize that my love itself can fuel me till forever... that I didn't need external sources to validate me or disapprove of me, I just needed to accept myself the way I am
Thank u, u helped me to come to this realization ♡
