Having worked in civilian security on a U.S. Navy base, I'm used to the structures and strictures in play for military and civilian personnel visiting and working on a site.

Oh it's not a question of burdening people with having to deal with constraints, it's more of an autonomy thing X3

I'm interested in that "However..."

Keeping the military and civilians separated leads to elitist behavior. Even under the most benevolent leadership structures, military personnel will view themselves as "caretakers" at best, and "overseers" under most circumstances. With the rest viewing themselves as "zoo keepers".

But these folks aren't human, and have a very different social structure.

So yes! I'm interested in seeing how this works out!

Mental disposition and behaviors are actually something they screen for heavily during induction. Incidentally, that's the topic for the next Q&A session, as requested by patrons X3

But yes, their social structure is very different from ours. Even so, the role of caretaker is baked into the job description, to a degree X3
